Welcome to my site. I am a consultant and trainer based in Altoona, PA. My lifetime of public service includes over twenty four years of experience with the Military (Paratrooper – US ARMY), Corrections (PA DOC) , Law Enforcement (Retired PA STATE POLICE) , Personal Defense Training and Home/Business Security.
I am currently the elected Pennsylvania State Constable serving Blair County and surrounding areas. Employed by (East Coast Gun Sales) Duncansville, PA in the Law Enforcement Division, I consult with Federal, State and Local agencies to help them find the right products and training that is within their budget.
I am a court certified expert witness and have testified in hundreds of criminal and civil proceedings. I like to think outside the box and use my creativity and intuition to guide me in all endeavors. I am proud of what I have achieved thus far and my passion for what I do continues to grow each and every day.
